Chicken Stroganoff with Egg Noodles

This is simple Chicken Stroganoff  recipe with chicken and mushroom creamy sauce and boiled egg noodles, I just add more paprika and crushed black pepper in it to give it nice flavors as my family like. If you don’t like to much paprika, add less 🙂

Ingredients,

  • Chicken boneless small cubes   1-1/2 cup
  • Mushroom   8 medium size
  • Butter  4 tbsp
  • Cream  2 cups
  • White vinegar  3-1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic finely chopped  1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree  4 tbsp
  • Paprika powder  1 tbsp heaped
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chicken cube  1
  • Black pepper crushed   2 tsp
  • Green onion   2-3
  • Boiled egg noodles    4 cups

1. Boil water in a pan with 2 tsp salt, add egg noodles in it. boil for 5-6 minutes or as written on packet.

5. Add cubes of chicken and cook on high heat until all juices evaporates from it.

6. Now add sliced mushrooms, tomato puree, salt 1/2 tsp, paprika 1 tbsp.
8. Now cook it for 3-4 minutes and add black pepper crushed.

9. Add white vinegar and cook on low heat until thick.
10. Sprinkle green onion, turn off the heat. Now taste it and if you feel add more salt and paprika.

Serve on a bed of boiled egg noodles or keep gravy on 1 side of plate and egg noodles on another side of plate.
