Tikka flavor pizza with chicken tikka chunks, saute onions and lots of cheese.
Serving= makes about 4 small size 8 inch pizzas
Ingredients,
For dough, list 1
- Bread flour/ plain flour 500 g (1/2 kg)
- Fast action dried yeast 14 g ( 4 tsp)
- salt 1 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- oil 1/8 cup
- water 1-1/2 cup (on room temperature)
For sauce, list 2
- Tomato puree 140 -150 g
- garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- oil 1 tbsp
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- crushed red chili 1 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- sugar 1/2 tsp
For chicken marination, list 3
- Chicken 300-350 g
- chicken tikka masala 1-2 tbsp
- lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- garlic paste 1 tbsp
- oil 3-4 tbsp
Other ingredients, list 4
- onion as required
- butter of greasing
- Italian seasoning
- red chili flakes
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- Cheddar cheese as required
- Barbecue sauce 4-5 tbsp
Directions,
For pizza dough,
add water a little at a time and mix it.
For Pizza sauce,
2. Add tomato puree with 1/2 cup water.
3. Add red chili flakes 1 tsp, Italian seasoning 1 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp, sugar 1/2 tsp.
4. Stir ,bring it to 1 boil, turn off the heat. Let it cool.
For assembling and toppings,
2. add tikka masala 2-3 tbsp as your taste, with 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp garlic paste. 3. Cook on high heat until all juices evaporates… add 2 tbsp barbecue sauce and mix well. Turn off the heat.
