Margarita pizza is a classic pizza with loads of cheese on top and rich tomato sauce.
Serving = make about 4 small size 8 inch pizzas
Ingredients,
For dough,
Bread flour/ plain flour 500 g (1/2 kg)
Fast action dried yeast 14 g ( 4 tsp)
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
oil 1/8 cup
water 1-1/2 cup (on room temperature)
For sauce,
Tomato puree 140-150
garlic chopped 1 tbsp
oil 1 tbsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
crushed red chili 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
Other ingredients,
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
red chili falkes
butter
Directions,
For pizza dough,

1. In a bowl add flour, salt, yeast and oil. add water a little at a time and mix it.

2. Transfer this to a flat surface and knead for about 7-10 minutes…grease a bowl with oil, keep the dough inside ,cover with cling film and keep it in hot place for 1 hour.

3. After 1 hour you will see its double in size. now punch it back.

4. Cut it in 4 equal parts…cover loosely with plastic wrap… leave it again for 1 hour.

5. After 1 hour you will see its double in size. Now its ready to use.
For Pizza sauce,

1. Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add garlic chopped, stir. 2. Add tomato puree with 1/2 cup water. 3. Add red chili flakes 1 tsp, Italian seasoning 1 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp, sugar 1/2 tsp. 4. Stir ,bring it to 1 boil, turn off the heat. Let it cool.

Roll 1 piece of dough

Grease a 8 inch pan, keep it in. Apply tomato sauce.

Now keep loads of cheese on it. drop some more sauce on top. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning. Brush the edges with butter.

Bake it in a preheated oven on 175 C for almost 20 minutes.
