Hari Chutney/Green Sauce for Chats and Dahi Vada

Green Chutney/Green Sauce for Chats and Dahi Vada is refreshing chatpati dip , you can also use it with pakora, fritters, snacks and BBQ.

Ingredients,

  • Fresh green coriander   1 medium bunch (use it with stems)
  • garlic clove  1 small
  • green chili  3-4 (add less if you like less spicy)
  • onion  1 small
  • whole cumin  1 tsp
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required
  • sesame seeds/til  1-1/2 tsp
  • oil  2 tbsp
  • water  1/4 cup
  • tamarind pulp  2 tbsp

Directions,

1. Add all above ingredients in a chopper. chop them fine.
