Tamarind /imli chatni made with tamarind pulp goes perfect with different styles of snacks ,chat , dahi vada, golgappay and much more.
Ingredients,
- Tamarind pulp 1 cup (how to make tamarind pulp see below)
- white cumin roasted whole 1 tbsp
- salt 1-1/2 tsp
- red chili flakes 1 tbsp (add less if you want less spicy)
- water 3/4 cup
- dry pomegranate powder/anar dana powder 1 tsp

How to make Tamarind Pulp
2. add 4 cup hot water in it. keep it on high in microwave for 2 minutes. now let it cool for 1 hour.
3. after 1 hour sieve it while rubbing it properly. throw all seeds.
4. tamarind pulp is ready you can see its thick not runny and thats exactly how tamarind pulp should be.
