A simple tomato chutney that can go with all type of meals, pilaf, kebabs, sandwiches. Made with 3 basic ingredients, tomatoes, mint and lemon juice. You can add in 1 green chili if you want it spicy.
- Tomatoes 2
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- Mint leaves 10-12
- Salt as required
- In a chopper add mint leaves and chop them.
- Now put tomatoes, salt and lemon juice.
- Run the chopper until you get a chunky salsa style sauce.
- You can keep it in fridge for 3-4 days.
