Ingredients,
- Chicken with bones 500 gm
- onion chopped 1
- garlic paste 1 tsp
- yogurt 300 gm
- butter 1/4 cup
- cream 300 gm
- salt as required
- garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- black pepper 1/2 tsp
- red chili powder 1/4 tsp
- green chilies 4-5
- cumin powder 1 tsp
- fresh coriander as required
Directions,
- in a wok heat butter,add chopped onions stir well cook them for 1 minute now add garlic paste mix well.
- add chicken stir well for 7-8 minutes on medium high heat.
- now add salt,garam masal powder,turmeric powder,red chili powder,cumin powder,yogurt.
- with lid on cook it for 25 to 30 minutes on low heat.
- now add black pepper,green chilies , cream mix well.
- with lid on cook it for about 5 minutes on very low flame.
- take out the lid put 2 tbsp butter on top ,add fresh coriander .
- serve with hot naan or roti.
