Aloo Bhindi/Potato with ladyfinger

Ingredients,

  • Lady fingers   250 gm
  • potato  2 medium
  • tomato puree  2 tbsp
  • chat masala  1/4 tsp
  • salt  3/4 tsp or as required
  • red chili flakes  1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder  1 tsp
  • turmeric powder  1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • fresh green chili  1
  • black pepper crushed  1/2 tsp
  • oil for frying

Directions,

1. Heat a wok, add 4 tbsp oil, add ladyfingers cut in small pieces.
