Aloo palak kebab or potato spinach cakes are a kind of nicely flavour potato cakes with spinach. They are so healthy and good for kids because we don’t cook spinach in them and gram flour coating give them nicely crisp outside and flavor like pakora . I usually serve them with yogurt mint dip /raita and my family love it .
Ingredients,
- potatoes boiled 1 kg
- fresh spinach 1 bowl
- fresh coriander half cup
- fresh mint 1/4 cup
- green chilies 3
- onion 2
- lemon juice 3-4 tbsp.
- salt 1 tsp or as required
- red chilli powder 1 tsp
- cumin seeds 1 tbsp.
- garam masala 1/2 tsp
Directions,
chop coriander , mint and green chilies.
chop onion add 4 tbsp. lemon juice in it,leave it for 10-15 minutes, to finish the bitter taste of onion.
