Spicy Roasted Chicken Legs Recipe
Spicy Roasted Chicken Legs. This is a delicious, roasted chicken recipe with lots of spices and a balanced flavour. I made this recipe keeping in mind that I need a full flavored chicken but I don’t want those traditional tikka flavors. It should be hot, spicy, and juicy so I cooked it in a pan on high heat to seal the juices inside then finished it in oven.
I served these spicy roasted chicken legs with potatoes, mushroom and capsicum to make it a complete meal. I cooked these veges in remaining juices of chicken to get the maximum flavour.
To give this whole roast dish a complete flavour ,I made mint raita recipe and served with it.

- Chicken legs without skin 1 kg
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp heaped
- Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
- Garam Masala powder 1/2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 4-6 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1/2 tbsp
- Siracha hot sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup

- Potatoes 2-3
- Capsicum 1
- Mushrooms 5-6
- Salt as required
Directions,
Make sure your chicken has no water in it. Pat dry before marinating.
You can do this part in a roasting pan if you do not have this kind of frying pan.
