Tandori Chops with spicy yogurt dip

Ingredients,

  • baby lamb/goat chops    500-550 g
  • yogurt 250 g
  • tandori masala   3-4 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • salt if required

3. Mix well and cook with 1 cup of water until chops are nicely tender....give them 12-13 minutes pressure....when they are tender turn the heat high ,stir and cook until its dry.

4. Now for spicy yogurt dip, mix 250 g yogurt,1/2 tsp red chili flakes, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp salt , 9-10 chopped mint leaves and 1/4 tsp garlic paste.
