Making a perfect poori is an art I guess and it needs practice and perfect recipe .I tried many recipes for poori but every time I felt some thing is missing in it. Some I felt more oily, some more crispy some taste not good and some became hard after some time of frying.
So after many experiments I came to this recipe. Totally my recipe and I cover all faults of poori in it. So follow the recipe as it is and do careful about all tips in it and you will get perfect poori for aur traditional breakfast Halwa Poori with Aloo bhajia and Chaana salan.
Serving : makes about 13-14 medium size poori
Knead the poori dough for atleat 7-8 minutes.
Roll it evenly
Fry in very hot oil
Do not over fry it.You have to take out this immediately.

بہت گرم تیل میں تلیں
ضرورت سے زیادہ نہ تلیں .بس ڈال کر نکال لینا ہے جلدی
Plain flour 3 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Light warm water for kneading as required
Oil for frying
میدہ 3 کپ
گندم کا آٹا 1 کپ
دہی 1 کھانے کا چمچ
نمک 1 چائے کا چمچ
تیل 2 کھانے کے چمچ
نیم گرم پانی آٹا گوندنے کے لئے حسب ضرورت
تیل تلنے کے لئے
