Chicken Pasanda Masala

This recipe is really delicious and easy to make. After a long working day, I returned home and had nothing prepared for dinner. So I decided to make a quick curry with less effort but complete taste. I added in it some basic ingredients already available in every kitchen and result was awesome. I used chicken tenders in it. You can use any type of boneless chicken in it. I gave this curry name Chicken Pasanda Masala. Everyone was so hungry that is why I  took pictures from inside the pan and no fancy photo shoot for this yum curry. Accept it as it is because it tastes really awesome 🙂

List 1,

  • Chicken Tenders   500-550 g
  • Green chili  1-2
  • Lemon juice  1-2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander  as required
  • Oil  1/4 cup

List 2,

  • Tomato puree  3 tbsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder  1/2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp or as required
  • Fried onion  3 tbsp

1. Heat oil in a pan, add all list 2 ingredients.

2. Stir it for 1 minute. then add green chili and chicken cut in cubes.

3. Stir it for 4-5 minutes or until all extra juices from chicken evaporates.

4. Add in 1/2 cup water mix well and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

5. Add in 1 tbsp lemon juice and sprinkle fresh coriander. Serve
