Ingredients,
- Citric acid (tatri) 1/2 tbsp
- cumin seeds (zeera) 3 tbsp
- black cumin (kala zeera) 1 tbsp
- fennel seeds (sonf) 2 tbsp
- star anise (badyan ka phool) 1
- big cardamom seeds 1/2 tbsp
- whole long red chilies (kashmiri lal mirch) 25 gm
- round red chilies (rajhitani mirch) 12 gm
- whole dry ginger 6 gm
- nut meg (jaifal) 1 whole or powder 1 tsp
