Afghani Meat Karahi

Serving 4-5 persons

Ingredients,

  • baby lamb meat/goat meat small pieces    500 gm
  • tomatoes   4
  • green chilies  3-4
  • fresh coriander for garnish
  • salt 1 tsp
  • black pepper crushed  1/2 tsp
  • white vinegar  4 tbsp
  • ginger minced 1 tbsp
  • garlic minced 3/4 tbsp
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • whole black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • whole coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • whole cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • whole dry red chili  2

Directions,

1. In a bowl add fresh minced ginger, garlic, and 4 tbsp white vinegar,1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp oil. Mix well.

6. heat a pan add 1/4 cup oil, add marinated meat, stir on high heat for 5 minutes.

10. After 30 minutes turn the heat to high, add chopped green chilies, 1/2 tsp salt,and  roasted crushed spices we made in beginning.
