Simple Channa Dal Gosht

Ingredients,

  • lamb/goat meat   400-450 gm
  • channa dal   100 gm  or half cup
  • salt   1 tsp
  • onion 1 small
  • tomato  1 small
  • ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp.
  • red chilli powder  1 tsp
  • coriander powder   1 tbsp.
  • turmeric powder   1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder   1 tsp
  • garam masala powder   1/2 tsp
  • green chili and coriander for garnish

Directions,

1. slice 1 small onion,add 6-7 tbsp. oil in a pan add onion.cook it for 2 minutes on medium heat.

2. now add meat,ginger garlic paste, small tomato,salt,red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.and cook it and stir it for 5-10 minutes.
