Imli Meethi Chutney/Tamarind sweet sauce for different styles of chat, dahi vada, golgappy recipes. It has sweet and sour taste.

- tamarind pulp/ imli pulp 1cup (how to make tamarind pulp see below)
- sugar 3/4 cup
- red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp or as required
- ginger powder /sonth 1 tsp
- cumin powder 1 tsp
- water 1 cup

How to make tamarind pulp
2. add 4 cup hot water in it. keep it on high in microwave for 2 minutes. now let it cool for 1 hour.
3. after 1 hour sieve it while rubbing it properly. throw all seeds.
4. tamarind pulp is ready you can see its thick not runny and thats exactly how tamarind pulp should be.
