Making boondi is easy and you can get it perfect if understand the consistency of its batter. I tried to give here exact measurements . I used cup from which we measure cake ingredients(250 ml cup) and used normal tbsp and tsp. You can see them in following picture. But liquid can be change due to different brands of gram flour. 7. Do not add too much at a time. If boondis cover the surface of oil, do not add more. Let them cook until crispy.

9. Take out on a paper towel and make the second batch. Just remember to clean the spoon every time before making next batch. Because if the spoon has some batter stuck in it then it will make round shape boondis.
