boondi chat

Boondi chat

Who doesn’t love a spicy, sour and a little sweet fresh bowl of chat. I can eat it any time, every day, 365 days lol  :-). Ask me what I need when I get up in morning? People say tea :-). I say samosay, pakoray, chat, golgappy. These yummy treats give me energy for the rest of the day 😉

So I try to make it in different styles mostly with in hand ingredients. Made it today just like that. The mint raita I used in it. I made it yesterday with biryani and today using it in my chat.

Boondi chat is a combination of yogurt raita, boondi and imli chutny. This is perfect for evening time snacking. I made this with the ingredients available in my fridge  🙂 . You can add more ingredients in it according to your choice like onions, tomato, etc etc.
