Karhai Fried Chops(My Family Recipe)

This is my mom’s recipe, very flavorful and nice, my whole family love it.
Serving = 3-4 persons
Ingredients,
  • Lamb or goat chops  600-700 gm
  • yogurt  4 tbsp
  • white vinegar  2 tbsp
  • ginger paste  1 tsp
  • garlic paste  1 tsp
  • green chili  1
  • salt  3/4 tsp or as required
  • whole dry  coriander  1 tbsp
  • whole cumin 1 tbsp
  • black pepper corns  1 tbsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • oil 1/8 cup
  • lemon juice  1-2 tbsp
  • fresh coriander for garnish

Directions,

1. Take 60-700 gm lamb or goat chops.

2. Marinate them with yogurt, whit vinegar, salt,ginger and garlic finely chopped... for 3-4 hours.

3. After 4 hours add them in a wok and cook with lid for 35-40 minutes, or until chops are tender but not break.

4. While the chops are cooking ,take coriander seeds, black pepper corns, and cumin seeds...dry roast them.

6. When Chops are nicely tender turn the heat on medium to high, until all juices evaporates, then add 1/8 cup oil , stir and cook until you see light golden colour of chops.

7. now add almost half of roasted and crushed spices we made above with 1 tsp red chili flakes, Give it a final stir turn off the heat.  Please don't cook it after adding spices, because spices will burn and all taste of chops will ruin.

I am serving it with 2 kinds of dips, you can make both or any 1 of your choice but yogurt dip tastes more better with these.
