6. When Chops are nicely tender turn the heat on medium to high, until all juices evaporates, then add 1/8 cup oil , stir and cook until you see light golden colour of chops. 1 more thing if you are making chops more than this quantity, after adding oil fry them in batches ,so all chops get equal brown colour.
7. now add lemon juice, almost half of roasted and crushed spices we made above with 1 tsp red chili flakes, Give it a final stir turn off the heat. Please don’t cook it after adding spices, because spices will burn and all taste of chops will ruin.
