Hammad’s 9th Birthday Lunch
My son Hammad turned 9 today. My cutie little darling. We are not celebrating his birthday today but to celebrate the day I have made a little birthday lunch for family.
Hammad asked me yesterday to make chocolate tart as birthday cake because he likes it, so I made that and place a little happy birthday tag on it. I have also made fried chicken with fries because kids like them. To complete the menu I have made my most favorite black pepper chops , spicy rainbow salad and broast sauce.

1.Chocolate Tart ( Recipe )
I shared this recipe few months ago. My son loved it so he asked me to make it as his cake. I put a happy birthday tag on it and this is complete. Isn’t it beautiful, yes we we do not have to make cakes for birthdays always, try some thing different.
2. Fried Chicken ( Recipe )
I choose this because my son loves fried chicken and it is his birthday 🙂 . This is my quick fix recipe, very easy and quick to make and my family always like it when I serve it with air fried chips.
3. Broast Sauce ( Recipe )
What a fried chicken with out this sauce. Our most favorite sauce recipe. This enhances the flavor of fried chicken I promise you.
4. Black pepper Chops ( Recipe )
A recipe which I love the most and I told all of you this so many times 🙂 . This is my go to recipe which I always make in my dinner parties and on Sundays. Reason is that it is a straight forward recipe with best taste.
