How to plan High tea party
My 13th wedding anniversary (20 September 2016) and I didn’t planned any thing. Eid-ul-adha just passed by and after eating all biryani / curries and meat recipes I was really not in mood of making recipes like these for some days.
So I was thinking what to do for making this day special for my family and really couldn’t decide what to do. hmmm we can go out and have dinner or movies but I just wanted to show my kids family things like home sweet home feeling 🙂
So I decided to make high tea items which my kids and husband both will like to eat. Because kids are really choosy and always have complains in meals like my son do not want to eat pieces of onion or tomatoes in curries and he do not accept new tastes comfortably.
So I choose one bite recipes which kids and adults both like and of course chocolate fudge cake my family’s favorite cake. Bought flowers for my husband and celebrate my wedding anniversary my way or you can say FUN COOKING way 🙂
So nothing was planned and I just woke up on my anniversary day and decided this whole high tea menu with cake in few minutes. Drop kids to school had my morning walk then went for grocery came back home and in almost 2-3 hours I was done with the whole thing 😉 🙂 …. This was my anniversary day or my working day 😛 …… but I love doing this :). My kitchen and me best friends for ever 🙂
So here are all recipes I made
- Chocolate fudge cake
- Chicken sausage rolls
- Fish tempura
- Mozzarella Sticks
- Raw mince kebabs
