3rd December 2016 , Saturday morning we had our breakfast then we were planing to go out for shopping and lunch. I was chilling because no cooking and dish washing day today 🙂
Then at 10 am my husband changed the plan and asked me I am inviting a friend for lunch, can you do it , and me (who love to cook but no dish washing please) of course I said yessssssssss. So like a master chef challenge I was in kitchen after 1 minute of that and when I am in kitchen I don’t like to cook just 1-2 recipes for a special lunch so I arranged it like this in 3 hours with my favorite songs 🙂 and if you are curious which song I was listening that time Click here song 1 …. click here for song 2 …… and please do not judge my choice of songs 😛 I enjoy them 🙂
So the first thing which me and my husband always do is meat/veges groceries in the beginning of the month so its easy for me to cook any thing all over the month with out tension and we also have something in fridge for quick meals. So first of all I defrost mutton ribs , rub them with marinade and put them in oven. Because cooking time of these ribs is almost 3 hours. So I quickly did that. CLICK HERE FOR MUTTON RIBS RECIPE
Then I defrost whole chicken for charga, marinate it for 1 hour and set a side. CLICK HERE FOR CHARGA RECIPE . I just changed the method of cooking in this recipe because of less time, I cooked whole charga in a wok with 7-8 tbsp oil with lid for almost 45 minutes.
Then its time for dessert and people find this tricky and hard but once you know the trick and practice ,trust me you will find Rasmalai the easiest desi dessert on earth 🙂 . Just 1 blander I did ,I kept the milk on stove on high heat and didn’t see that , looking in fridge for more IDEAS :p and when I saw , milk was on stove …. ohhhhh my GOD ,I had to clean that and thank God I had more milk in hand that saved me . So I made it then cool it on room temperature then keep it in freezer to chill it quickly. CLICK HERE FOR RASMALAI RECIPE.
After that my over all specialty Biryani , I made biryani with boneless mutton and cook it like sindhi biryani method because its our most favorite biryani. Also I cook meat in pressure cooker. CLICK HERE FOR SINDHI BIRYANI RECIPE. And I did’t add potatoes in it this time , WHY , no reason 😛 just don’t want to peel potatoes at that time 😉 🙂
Okkkk now my big things were ready so now I wash dishes and organised things a little bit so I have some room for my next work. Also I want to tell you that I have a small kitchen with dining table in it .So when guests come I have to clean whole kitchen with all dishes and I of course in UK you don’t have maids. Also I arranged dinning table , keep table cover and runner on it then plates and a quick mop to this whole area … ufffffff …. that was tiring 🙂
After that I made salad and for that I used all ingredients which I had in my fridge and I made Asian crunchy salad. Yes taste was really good 🙂 and you know when you don’t have flowers for your dining table , its best to make colorful salad so your dining table will look beautiful. My table is ready 🙂 … guests were here so I quickly arranged all things and take quick pictures and we had our lunch ……. and of course admiring guests I am thankful to them and happy because they loved this lunch and my husband said thank you it was a lovely lunch 🙂 ….. What else a wife wants , its a whole complete feeling when your husband says THANK YOU 🙂 and I am also thankful to him for understanding and admiring 🙂

I am really thankful to Allah for giving us all these yummy foods. And want to say ya Allah never give me proud feeling for what I am doing its all because I love doing this and want all housewives to do this and feel good <3 🙂
