Dal Pakora/Dal Vada Recipe
Dal Pakora or Dal vada is a pakistani fried snack made with lentils. Crisp from outside, soft and spongy from inside you can’t resist them if you eat them once. I added boiled potatoes, green onions and chilies in it to make it more flavorful.
A best snack or appetizer for your meals or tea time.I served it with Mint raita recipe and imli chutni recipe Do try and enjoy.

Ingredients
- Yellow moong lentil 1/4 cup
- White urad lentil 3/4 cup
- Green onion 2 chopped
- Green chili 1-2 chopped
- Boiled mashed potatoes 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander chopped 1/4 cup
- Fresh ginger paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp or as required
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
- Soda bicarbonate 1/4 tsp
