When I got married I didn’t know how to make biryani. Because we used to live in Punjab Pakistan and people there mostly eat pulao. So after marriage when I moved to Karachi, “THE BIRYANI CITY” it was a 5 to 6 years struggle to know how to make perfect biryani.
Whenever I cook biryani in early days of my marriage, my husband used to ask me is it biryani or pulao 😀 . I replied biryani hay 😐 🙁 😀 . (Only Pakistanis can understand this joke)
Mistake I was doing that I was not following any proper recipe then, I was using those famous ready made spice mixes,they can give perfect taste to your biryani but if you don’t know how to control rice correctly then you can’t get that perfect texture.
So after so many experiments on my husband and pulao making 😉 slowly I learned how to make perfect biryani 🙂
And now I can proudly say it is not a pulao! It is Biryani 😎
My husband loves this beautiful dish Biryani 🙂 So I always try to make it in different styles and tastes. There are so many recipes of biryani in my blog ,each one of them has different delicious taste, I am sharing here some of the yummiest ones.
